With Ritmo Sagrado, Melifera Records opens a new chapter with its first vinyl release, dedicated to the world of Uman Yazar.Born from a night spent in the Forest of La Vallée Électrique in 2017, Ritmo Sagrado is the starting point of an EP built over several years. A voice discovered at that time is cut, transformed and placed at the centre of a deep, groovy rhythm, before three new tracks gradually extend the idea. Almost ten years later, the project was revisited in a house surrounded by forest, keeping that connection with the night, nature and movement.Across the four tracks, the same raw material takes different forms, with transformed vocals, driving rhythms and oriental-tinged sounds that fully unfold after dark.
